Due to the Coronavirus shutdown, all in-person classes are cancelled indefinitely. However, the Qi goes on! Join me and many of my local students online at 9am EVERY SINGLE MORNING of the US shutdown. The fee is a flexible sliding scale $5 - $15, so pay what you can and come as often as you are able!

There's no better time to start a good habit, create some structure and routine, and do something positive for your health and spiritual well being.
